Bouncing Baby

Tuesday, November 30th, 2010

Hi,

Not sure if anyone else out there saw an incredible story of a small child who fell 7 stories from an apartment block in Paris only to survive.

I seem to remember certain experts would say that a fall like that equals instant death, thankfully it didn’t in this case.

Maybe they aren’t that expert…

I wonder if they know the words humility, honesty, and humus…I needed another ‘H’ oh come on its late!

The Men in Black

Monday, November 22nd, 2010

Blessed are the Peacekeepers.

I feel sorry for the men in black, the referees up in Scotland things must be bad for them to take action not to referee matches this coming weekend.

Having seen the abuse of referees at kids games even, at the local parks (let alone elsewhere) people should be nicked and charged. It is totally disgusting. Mind you they should bring in technology to help the refs.

Interesting sideline (I know, its not punny) to this is John Reid MP (Chairman of Celtic Football club) says the Ref shouldn’t have lied over the Celtic Penalty, oh no its not, (come on nearly Panto season)….

Now hang on did you pick up…he is/was an MP… and he is having a pop at a ref for lying….

Is it me…or is that a foul, offside or red card??

Anyway more seriously. The other famous men in black are the New Zealand All Blacks, which is the only way I can link it in to the poor buggers hopefully still alive trapped down a mine in NZ (also in China now) whilst we sit here and watch celebs eat kangaroo testicles or whatever on tv, and breath and eat and drink etc. Just count your blessings and say a prayer or just spare a thought for them and their families.

I used to be on a cave rescue team for a while, not a good place to be, deep underground and trapped. Here’s hoping we have  another  Chile rescue success.

3 years

Monday, November 22nd, 2010

Hi,

Kerans ‘time’ has been done and dusted.

3 years lost, not including the same amount prior to the trial.

We are still here and still fighting…

however long it takes.

I am not an expert but…

Its funny how news stories can link into each other at times. But I think I have solved the worlds fear over Nuclear Proliferation….easy when you know how. Read on for World Peace…

Listening on the radio, I heard that the appeal courts have reversed the decision to allow ex vets who were used as Guinea Pigs to test Nuclear Weapons (no doubt told, we are off on a cruise to the South Pacific lads, guaranteed lots of bright lights, well one really big one and all the mushrooms you can eat…as long as you like it microwaved) 9 out of 10 of these servicemen now can’t fight their cases, the one that can is tragically dead….

It could be funny if it wasn’t so sad.

Odd, odd, odd, British Justice is less appealing,  maybe I can suggest a few people to test nuclear weapons on, then let the clock run down…and then say, nawh sorry if only you had got here earlier! You could have fought your case. The way you have to wait and wait and wait, no wonder the clock run down.

You may know the people I have in mind to use…

Anyway, how to stop worrying about Nuclear Proliferation, well North Korea, who can’t feed its people, can afford a swish new lab to help it get more Nukes (who sells em the gear by the way- shouldn’t we target those who sell this tech to them, or maybe its on Ebay or Amazon??).

An American who has seen it rated as the best secret nuclear lab I have ever seen, a must see on a tour of North Korea (or something like that).

But if the North Koreans let their rockets off, apparently they won’t hurt as, all the MOD do is get you to turn away from them and you’ll be fine…so let North Korea fire them off…we can take it…we’re British!

Bring it on!

I am not an expert but surely that’s a way forward…
