When is SBS not SBS…whenever the CPS and their experts say so.

This week they will be mainly calling SBS…Non Accidental Head Injury (NAHI). As that sounds so much better…and not like someone has already been proven of doing something bad. This is a relaunch of a relaunch…

I will be taking up the point of the Self Fulfilling Prophecy Syndrome (SFPS - which I have an alternative meaning for) with certain people. In a murder case they don’t have to say oh it s murder as he bashed his head in with a big stick and then followed up with this that and the other…whereas these cases they preload everyone involved…surely a problem (I know… stop calling you Shirley).

But who cares, the Courts? The CPS? The Police? The Experts? The Lawmakers? This maybe the year things change - they may not want hundreds of cases coming their way like in Canada, but they may well end up with them if we have anything to do with it.

Funny the CPS say in their new (old) guidance that the 3 cases from the court of appeal  that backed their nonsense up ( that sounds like it means they won them all and of course the real story is they didn’t win them all at all). Its also odd (untruthful some may say) that they don’t mention the cases they lost over the years…the courts not always backing you up at all.

I don’t want to make this personal, but you lot started it, so I have to resolve this don’t I? Your not telling the truth, the whole truth and anything like it, if the system won’t stop you…the system has got to change!

I don’t have all the answers yet, but I do have questions (and possibly some solutions…but only to those that may listen, we are given two ears and only one mouth).

The sad case of the young woman in murdered on christmas day in Bristol, was one example that I picked up on and there are others. The Police were criticised (not saying it was justified or not wasn’t there) but the Police then banned the paper that dared to criticise from a press conference - the point of which is to help get more info from the public to solve the horrific and tragic murder.

The Police, CPS, Courts are all human and therefore can let their professional fronts drop and get emotive and go into an adapted child ego state. When they are criticised. Whilst in the Police myself I used to really dislike what was said by commentators (professional or otherwise).

This has really taken my blue tinted glasses off and smashed them on the floor.

Listening to the extreme in some cases abuse that a Professor got talking about Cognitive Behaviour from ‘professional’ people, shows how closed they can be to challenges to their thinking.

Another example quoted today was th eex head of CEOP who had raised some issues so was in his view attacked for them. Or what about the member of staff who flagged up the bullying in the playground…they got more grief for speaking out than the troublemakers had… 

Stop the protectionism, never a good think really, people can suffer and are because of it. As some won’t open their eyes to opposite views, why not do real research into things. Who know one day you could suffer yourself?

I know I have met a few with huge egos, and they can’t take it, but pride comes before a fall, and I ain’t setting you up for one, some of you are doing a good job on your own.

But the system is protecting you as it has to protect itself as it supported you. Can’t be seen to be wrong.

Shame - you should be thinking taste the humble pie, swallow and move on, learn lessons. The expert in the Louise Woodward case showed the way. Admitting it was all based on …nothing.

I suppose my thoughts will fall on deaf ears as you have them shut.

Still going to keep shouting out - you’ll need ear protectionists!

Oh the other sign of protectionism is by the way…attack those that disagree with you. They same the best form of defence is attack…and they seem to like that.

There is a silent majority out there that are failing the public, their oaths, justice, etc by allowing the dirty dozen (+) experts to spout this and that, whilst those brave enough to stand against them get hell. Odd it seems a bit misogynistic as well in the field of certain experts or is that just a coincidence?

CPS Launch new Guidelines

Mind you my issue is…who helped you write them? I could name a good few now without seeing the list…

Self fulfilling prophecy…

I do feel like the little lad at the emperors ‘new clothes’ parade, who is the only one in the country that can see there’s nothing to this ‘evidnece’/outfit…and the ‘expert’ tailors are doing quite a stitch up job.  

Or am I too cynical. I can tell you what made me like this, but in my opinion you know already!

Whilst researching Noble Cause Corruption and the like, came across a few bits on Fingerprint evidence, something as an ex copper, you kinda take as being good stuff.

Until you read about the US Solicitor Brandon Mayfield arrested for the Madrid Bombings…and closer to home the Scottish Police Officer arrested for murder on the evidence of one finger print of hers being found in the victims house (she was part of the team) Shirley McKie.

To sin by silence when they should protest makes cowards of men - Abe Lincoln, ex US President and all round good egg.

That quote I saw on Shirley’s web page, reminds me of Keran’s case. Certain people know but you just ain’t brave enough are you?

Of course it was a pile of nonsense. Of course they have apologised, NOT and life will never be the same for Shiley, but yet still some mudsling at her - professional mudslingers.

You have to learn to eat humble pie chaps…you can and do get it wrong. I pray one day you find that humility rather than be the butt of humour.

The CPS can launch what they like, this looks like a bit of paper boasting that the Court of Justice backs them, your guilty cos we say so, we will fight the defence…cos our experts are better …as they help write the guidelines (who made judges and juries more medically qualified than either sides experts - why should a jury decide - or did I miss their superior medical knowledge training).

Status Quo - it ain’t rocking my world (no offence to the rock gods of course).

                      New Year, same fight, bring it on!

i will come back to this, as they used some lovely lines, not least we always use the triad and more….explain that to the people in prison on one part of the triad or just two parts and not a lot else. You can issue new guidelines - but do you read them…
